Luggage capacity

One private vehicle carries approximately:

MM-size luggage: up to 8 pieces

LL-size luggage: up to 6 pieces

If your luggage exceeds this, a second vehicle may be arranged.
Small items may be loaded into any remaining space.

Important notice about timing

This is a time-coordinated luggage delivery service. Final hand-over and pickup times are confirmed after we review traffic, your hotel location and luggage volume.

For Airport to Tokyo service, airport pickup can be scheduled from at least 60 minutes after your scheduled arrival time to allow for arrival procedures, immigration, and baggage claim.

If waiting exceeds 30 minutes due to customer circumstances at pickup or handover, a waiting fee of ¥3,300 (tax incl.) applies for every 60 minutes, or part thereof, after the first 30 minutes.

If your flight delay can be confirmed, we will adjust the handover where possible. If we cannot reach you after arrival, or you do not come to the meeting point, waiting fees or cancellation may apply.

If there is not enough time before your flight, we may be unable to accept the booking.

Hand-over method

At the airport, your luggage is handed to you directly at a designated spot near the departure lobby or curbside area.
PLC TOKYO does not check in luggage at airline counters on your behalf. After receiving your luggage, please complete airline check-in and baggage drop-off yourself.
For accommodation pickup, luggage is picked up in the facility lobby, near the entrance, or on the street in front of the facility. Depending on facility rules or on-site conditions, pickup inside the building may not be available. After reviewing your request, PLC TOKYO will provide the final handover location and time.

Important: Payment and booking confirmation

Your booking is not confirmed at the time of submitting this request.
PLC TOKYO will review your booking details and send you payment instructions.
Your booking will only be confirmed after payment is completed.
If payment is not completed within 15 minutes after the payment instructions are sent, your booking request may be automatically cancelled.
If you close the page before payment, or do not complete the payment, your booking will not be confirmed.
Once your booking is confirmed, our cancellation policy applies.
