Transport route distance from the meeting point Within 5 km of the meeting point is included in the base fare. Beyond 5 km, +¥300 (tax incl.) per extra km (rounded up). If the distance cannot be determined, we handle it as a Custom Quote. Automatic distance calculation is currently unavailable. We will send you a separate quote after reviewing your booking request.

Important notices

If loss or damage occurs due to circumstances attributable to us, we will compensate up to JPY 50,000 per item and JPY 250,000 per service request. Cash, valuables, precision equipment, and other excluded items are not accepted. Please refer to Article 9 of the Terms of Service for details.
