What happens if my flight is delayed?

Please share your flight number when booking. If a delay can be confirmed, we adjust the handover timing where possible. If we cannot reach you after arrival, or you cannot come to the meeting point, waiting fees or cancellation may apply.

After reviewing your request, PLC TOKYO confirms the exact meeting point — typically near the arrival area for pickup, or near the departure lobby or curbside for handover.
