A private, door-to-door luggage handover between Tokyo's airports and your accommodation.
We Collect Your Luggage
At your selected time, our driver collects your luggage directly from you at the designated location at the airport or your accommodation.
We Deliver by Private Vehicle
We carry only your luggage, or luggage belonging to members of your group, in a private vehicle. It is never mixed with other customers' luggage.
Delivery or Handover
From the airport, we deliver your luggage to your accommodation. From your accommodation, we hand it directly to you at the airport before departure. We send you a photo when delivery or handover is complete.

Simple flat-rate pricing
A flat rate per private vehicle, within vehicle capacity — not a per-bag charge.

The prices above are opening campaign rates for booking requests submitted by December 15, 2026. After the campaign ends, the price will be JPY 19,800 for Haneda Airport and JPY 29,800 for Narita Airport, including tax, per private vehicle.
Rates are fixed per private vehicle, not per item of luggage. There is no additional charge based on the number of items, provided they fit within the vehicle's luggage capacity.

How Your Booking Is Confirmed
Submit a Request

We Review Your Request
We check your preferred time, route, amount of luggage, and vehicle availability.
Receive a Payment Link
If we can accept your request, we will send you a dedicated payment link. Your booking is not yet confirmed at this stage.
Pay & Confirm Your Booking
After payment is complete, your booking is confirmed when we send you the booking confirmation.
Set Off Hands-Free
We collect your luggage at the designated location and deliver it to your destination.
Submitting the form sends a booking request. You will not be charged, and your booking will not be confirmed, at the time of submission.
